Middle School Principal's Message
April 25, 2008
Dear Families,
This is to inform you of my resignation from the position of Middle School Principal at Ellis School. I have accepted a position of Director of Elementary Education with the Timberlane Regional School District. It is a position that will allow me to work with administrators and teachers on the aspects of education that I enjoy the most; curriculum, instruction, assessment, and staff development.
I want to thank you for sharing your children with me the past four years. They are delightful, intelligent, and the best students I have worked with in my years as principal. I will miss them very much. Thank you also for your support throughout the many changes and programs. You have allowed us to build a middle school that is based on what is the best for your children.
I must take one last opportunity to recognize and commend those that have done the work and made the changes necessary to improve the middle school program. The staff at the middle school is dedicated, professional, and excellent educators. They can and will continue what we have begun with your support.
I leave behind my best work as a principal, and I take with me wonderful memories, lasting friends, and the reality of a dream.
