Class item requirements
- 3 single subject notebooks.
- 4 folders with pockets without fasteners.(one is a daily homework durable folder)
- 12 Sharpened pencils

Colored pencils (for maps and projects)

Chapter book for independent reading. A "just right book"

4W Homework Visit here often for due dates for upcoming assignments, reports, projects and tests!
4W Homework Policy
Monday
Math and Spelling packets will be sent home on Mondays.
Friday
- Math and Spelling packet are due every Friday.
- Spelling tests are on Fridays.
Reading
- Students should read for 15 min every evening from a book of their own choosing.
Students
- Fourth graders are expected to do 40 min of homework every night.
- You should plan to do one page of spelling and one page of math each night. Plus, read for 15 min each night.
- Remember, it is YOUR job to place your homework packets into your backpacks to turn in on Fridays.
- You receive a zero for each homework page not turned in.
Parents
- Please provide a quiet time and place for your child to do homework.
- Be sure the TV is not on and there are no distractions.
- Sit with your child if necessary.
- Please initial each page when complete.
- Please send a note or email if there are any problems or concerns.
